IIAB works as an online property development tool. Our customers begin with a blank template and use IIAB to build a profitable digital assets (websites).

Using IIAB is simple. You choose an area/topic to create a website about e.g. skin care, african travel or small business solutions. The IIAB education package will teach you how to research your topic to ensure it will trade profitably. We encourage you to choose a topic that you are interested in.

IIAB can turn your passions into profits!

Once you have selected a topic, Olympus, helps you build a site using a simple template. IIAB takes the blank domain i.e. www.yoursitename.com and helps you to develop it into a digital property. This strategy often results in a significant capital gain as a site can be sold for a PE of 1-3 once it has a consistent trading history of 6-12 months. This means the site is valued at 1-3 times its annual earnings.

We use a basic model of $30 profit per day on a daily $60 advertising spend. This spend is used to promote your site (purchasing traffic via SEM campaigns). This equates to an achievable 50% daily ROI and an annualised profit in excess of $10,000 pa. This profit combined with the capital gain from selling you site at a PE of 1-3 can result in a lucrative ROI on you initial investment. The IIAB education package will also teach you how to implement additional revenue streams to increase the PE multiple over time.
